What every apartment gets
From the day the keys were handed over, owners and residents can:
- Open the front door from their phone, a keypad code or a fingerprint, with a full record of who came and went.
- Control lighting, climate and curtains from one app, at home or abroad.
- Set scenes for morning, leaving, coming home and goodnight, so the apartment responds with one touch.
- Share access with family, cleaners and guests, limited to the days and hours they need.
Built for owners who rent their units
A large share of JVC apartments are let short-term or long-term. Smart access on the front door means a guest or tenant can be given a code that works only for their stay, and the owner or operator can see every entry without handing over physical keys. Tedee is on the approved list for Dubai’s Keyless program, which matters for units licensed as holiday homes.
Delivered alongside the main contractor
We worked with the main contractor, Aroma International Building Contracting, through the full building program: submittals, a mock-up apartment, installation floor by floor, programming, testing and handover documentation. Each apartment was commissioned and checked before it was handed over.
